"semi-HC" player looking for ACTIVE FC

as the title suggests, i am looking for an active FC....this means to me... people on, helpful,talkative, form groups/raids etc
i consider myself a "semi-hardcore player" because i am in no way a casual player, but dont want to commit to a hardcore raid setting due to work and time constraints.

currently i have a 25 arcn/6 thm and plan to go the summoner route. at some point possibly level thm/black mage to 50 for encounters that better suit that playstyle over arcn/summoner.
the only other thing i am looking for besides an "active" guild is a lax(?) attendance for raids policy, my work hours are crazy and dont want the boot in a week if i cant raid on raid times due to work. (if i can be there i will )
i also get there needs to be some policy regarding raid attendance but not the "100% mandatory or your fired!!!" type
