After than less 24h (I gotta give it to them for the fast response) I got this answer...




So let me get couple of things straight here, first of all, he said South Africa, I'm from Saudi Arabia, second, a close friend of mine who plays the game was short on money and wanted to get Crysta for payment, I was able to help him with my own paypal account, which means I can buy Crysta, then why I don't have that option on my account instead of having C&B which we Saudi players, pretty sure there other countries like us, CAN NOT use as payment method?

Here are some facts, we have a pre-paid card called One Card we can use it for Crysta purchasing, we can use paypal also for payment as well, ->BUT<- We CAN NOT use Click and Buy as it won't allow us to register.

You've fixed Click and Buy for the people who can actually use it, but what about the people who supported the game since beta, since the time when Limsa Lominsa was the only area, but can not play the game cause they got only one payment method which they can not use? how long do we have to wait SE? a month? a year? maybe never? SE had a year to prepare the payment system and all what we get is one option which we cannot use.

We want to play the game as everyone else who's able to play.
We need an immediate action done to our problem.

It's just sad that people who do want to pay for the game can't even get support from Square Enix, with people telling them to go to South Africa for support. And the terrible payment system has been a thread for like 9 months on these forums. SE is obviously unprepared to support their MMO, and they shouldn't be charging for something they can't support.

You think just SE gets shitty costumer support? welcome to the world, ever tried to find out why a mystery fee appeared on your phone bill? kept getting connected with some pakistani guy who can barely speak english? sit at the phone for six hours on hold, have him finally pick up, refuse to tell you what the fee is for, than hang up on you when you ask to speak to his supervisor?

Also I hardly think C&B not supporting a backwater village is a 2 minute issue.

You might want to avoid calling people from other countries "village" as "backwater" just because some shady company with a stupendous track record makes it difficult to support this game and these forums for you to troll on.

Just because it's common knowledge that things aren't perfect and companies are usually after your money and provide bad CS, doesn't mean that it's acceptable to do that. SE should reconsider their partnership with C&B. Simply stating that, "Of course it's hard, it's CS" and insulting someone, makes you come off as pompous and automatically dismissed by most for your piss-poor attitude. The only "likes" you're apt to get on posts like that are by other trolls. If you're epeen matters to you, do it to it I guess. Be sure to share all your medals with your mom, she'd be so proud.

To imply the relationship between SE & CnB and their influence over them is equal to the relationship SE would have with Toyota is bunk. SE has the choice to use CnB, they may not be able to correct their uselessness, but they sure as hell can find an alternative, yet they have not and their customers pay the price, or lack their of O_o. Similarly if SE leased Toyotas for its employees and the issue you stated were to occur, they would more than likely find an alternative!!!

What would you do if the bank that you use decided to only accept checks from a small group of people. They would no longer allow you to deposit anything from anyone outside of that small group. Would it not be logical for you to switch your bank? Especially if one of those that is excluded is your employer (assuming you have one).

we didn't ask SE to fix C&B, we only asked for other payment methods because C&B sux and many people cannot pay for the game, they should not force us to pay while their payment system is not working for everyone in the world, your TOYOTA example just made you look totally stupid and silly.
