Perhaps it is, but it's far from your place to call it out. Doubly so when one considers your usual cadence and tone. When you're constantly calling people you disagree with bitter and disenfranchised doomers, is it any wonder people completely uninvolved eventually get fed up with it? That's a far more likely prospect of why Lunaxia is posting after you.

I think someone else pointed out the more likely reason - the interview YoshiP did where he said not to expect the next stage of the relic to be much different. That seems to be what set off the current surge of negativity.

You have to understand, he just likes to play the game so much with its endless content (his own words) that he'd rather spend his time off of his full time job (another thing he keeps rambling about) actually crying on the forums about people complaining, instead of... playing the game that he says he enjoys so much

I was banned for saying that in low level Dungeons they should let the tank pull as they're still learning. I was attacked by the mob and the Mod muted and banned me because I was a troublemaker even when I was being cussed out and harassed by numerous users. It was easier to punish me then those that were breaking the rules. That and a few of them were buddies with the mod. Naturally the other Mods looked at the logs and backed their fellow Mod. The unofficial WoW discord has that issue too.

This is why I don't join massive discord communities. They are really no different than reddit. Only big "community" I'm part of is the balance discord which I never really engage in and I'm just there for the pinned information for BiS builds and rotation guides.

I know it sounds conspiratorial but I've been watching the forums for a long time and the same pattern keeps playing out. Negative or trolling threads get bumped up in batches every few months. You haven't been here long enough to see that it's cyclical.

Which threads in particular? There's been some blatant bait threads from time to time, though I certainly hope those of us with concerns for the constant retcons in the story and mishandling of some of the subject matter are not being lumped in with that. Sometimes people see something in a recent patch that makes them go back and revive an existing thread rather than create a new one.

In the event that they do go ahead and make a fresh thread, however, then suddenly the concern shifts to 'there's already a thread on this'.
