being that 99% of boss abilities cannot crit anyways, only autoattacks (there are a couple exceptions). It's still only a hair away from useless.

Flash I find can be useful in general, specifically in lower level dungeons when tanking multiple mobs of whom all but one are slept, I use flash every now and then when I feel I'm losing hate on the slept mobs around me or if I don't want to use other aoe enmity moves in case I wake the mobs up(OP,SC etc).that way when they do wake up they won't head straight for the healer:)
Yea that's the best. Even if blm pulled aggro on sleeping, flash still effects them so they won't wake up and go after him right away.
@Kitru - I've been using Unchained a lot now, almost every time it's available. But never really used it much before, least not that I can remember. Since the Defiance changes opened up using abilities more often, I definitely have been. I was probably one of the few that got excited about SC increasing enmity, since I had actually used it pretty frequently on AK grinds (though, mainly for the self heals with bloodbath XD)
I used Unchained a lot more than I used SC in 2.0, which isn't saying much since SC wasn't even on my bar in 2.0. I only ever used Unchained during my opening enmity generation rotation and, even now, that's what I tend to use Unchained for most of the time. Occasionally I'll use it during a DPS race fight/phase, but, even then, I'd rather save it for IB and the generally more useful damage reduction.
Steel Cyclone has the same enmity multiplier as Overpower does.
Considering that it ignores the dmg penalty of Defiance unlike Overpower its over twice as effective.
