I followed all of that and got my Fantasia back through the GM services. Hope this helps you out.

On topic just to be safe: Still don't think people will kick SMN's out of statics....

The static I'm in has (well, had?) 2 SMNs, and everything just melts before them...

If anything I think most people would prefer MNK/DRG, BRD, SMN, BLM as their dps setup.

It's actually 90 second cool down. The mob will be immune from virus for 60 seconds after it expires. Pretty much made the ability as SMN only one, at least with any real applicability.

However on 5+ targets Blizzard II does actually increase your TOTAL DMG exponentially per target increase and also Blizzard II will increase AOE burst DPS for both 2-4 and 5+ targets. Sometimes mobs die before DOTs expire, which is particularly bad for SMN trying to level up or earn Gold in FATEs.

Just curious where you are getting that they get Blizzard? As far as I know the only cross class skills for SMN are: Raging Strikes, Thunder (No More), Surecast, Swiftcast, Hawk's Eye, and Quelling Strikes.

The 2.1 patch notes have nothing on Summoner other than them removing Thunder and PVP. So color me confused where Blizzard comes in?
