It depends on your situation and approach to crafting I suppose. If you're using a CP efficient rotation and already have around 440 CP with food, it's probably easiest to start with the offhand, which provides the largest craftsmanship and control improvements. I find that the craftsmanship upgrade from the offhand is particularly useful if you're using Maker's Mark and Flawless Synthesis. If you're a bit short on CP, start with at least some of the accessories instead.
One your CP is sufficient, I find that it's best to prioritize the offhand, main-hand, and chest pieces (largely because the i180 equivalents cost a whole lot of tokens and if you're later in a rush to gear up for some reason, the other pieces are cheaper to trade for) and then leave the rest for later.
