Shouldn't I have received my early access code by now?

I contacted support via email and they told me today to wait until the 21st which was 2 days ago, so I guess they haven't updated their templates yet. Can't get into chat support without a registration code.. which of course I don't have.

EU people don't receive a serial/product code for digital purchase. They are suppose to receive a 20 digit code which gives them early access directly. Also tech support doesn't have live chat on square-enix support.. they currently have 3 million tickets submitted i doubt they will get anywhere close to dealing with this issue.

Let me repeat again. EU pre-orders don't need Pre-Order code or to use that site at all. They're getting EA code in separate email.

When you as an EU order the game from the SE store, you do not receive any kind of code in the order confirmation email. All you get is an order confirmation number which says SEE-STORE-<5digits>.

That's exactly all he got. No other email within the last .. well 12 hours now after his purchase with a code of any kind for him.

I'm in the same boat with this. I pre-ordered from EU SE store and waiting for the EA code.

Normally I would use Amazon but figured I would have a temporary loss of service while waiting for physical copy. Hilariously, looks like I wouldn't have.

I've asked around to find out how long it took others to get their e-mail. One poster told me about 1 day or so.

If I don't see my EA code in my e-mail by the morning, I@m going to go to Amazon, pre-order it, and cancel my pre-order with SE. They apparently don't want my custom, so I'll give it to Amazon and they'll take a cut off the top.

Tell me about it.. why would you allow your customers to still pre-order for early access only hours before release and they say .. OH it takes 24 to 36 hours for the code to be emailed...

Is dev still in here? I preordered at gamestop got code entered it got invalid code for my ps3 this was Tuesday Friday today I bought game from ps store cancled gamestop preorder.so now I called Sony they said im going to get a email from square Enix with a code cycle starting all over again.my PlayStation services say ffxvi early access and ce items.but I'm afraid I'm eather not gonna get code or get wrong code.my question is the preorder code grime gamestop is registered with a eu code for my ps3 that didn't work for my ps because I'm na. Since now I have ordered from playstation is the second code necessary and if so can u help me

Hey Bayohne here is my problem, I have received my early access code for the PS3. For the past few days I have tried to enter the 12 digit code on my PS3 and it comes back as an invalid number. Does this mean that I do not get early access? If that is an invalid number will I still get early access with my PC? Was I supposed to get a separate early access code because I am Legacy? The details on the site were not very helpful, does not explain how to link SE to the PSN and did not specify when the download would be available for PS3.

Please help!!

i'm having the same issue I ordered since MAY 24th i try the find my order and nothing shows.. i try the pw reset i a got no email i have yet to be charged as well but when i called them they say my order is processing they can see my order but i cant..this need to be addressed cause it's 4 days till launch and weekend is near
