Imagine this: A tank has run out of CD's to use and the healer isn't the most skilled person in the world. What could go wrong? DPS pulls more enemies and everyone wipes. You go back to the starting point having wasted my time and yours. Imagine ending up having Aurum Vale which is a very difficult dungeon for example. A DPS pulls the first room everyone dies. Even a tank has to be mindful in here. You could potentially wipe more than once and run the risk of disbanding because a DPS puts their greed above working in a team. Another thing that could happen is you have a tank with an anxiety problem (tanxiety), you completly disregard them by letting a DPS pull the whole dungeon. In your world every dungeon run might be successful, but I've been playing for a long time and I've witnessed various cases of these events happening.
Now of course, none of this might happen. Regardless of what your opinion is or mine, I believe there's instances where this whole act might go wrong. If you play in a group or setting of people you personally know that's totally fine but there's people that don't share your view and by enforcing your view on them, you are essentially doing which you accuse others of: Dominating.
