Well, we aren't really rage quitting over this. Personally this specific problem hasn't effected us. But with that said, my heart does go out to the OP. Trying to get a spouce who normally doesn't play MMOs to play this game is hard enough let alone trying to sell them on the vast improvements this game has seen only to be shot down by this issue. I've been playing this game under the pretence that it will get better, and I know it will, but I also know SE customer service will never improve. It's hard to justify recurring payments knowing that something like this could happen to me.
