Make Specialists worth a damn on their own merits and Specialist recipes could actually work, though I still think the ideal implementation would have been to have continued the Craft/Control requirement on new recipes, and just given Specialists an innate boost to the stats, meaning Specialists can reach those new tiers easily. Omnicrafting would then still be a possibility, Specialists would then just a bonus, rather than requirement.
