Instead, criticism - at least, online - has devolved to people who think they know a lot about something, but know nothing about it and are unable to accurately articulate their issue in a manner where other people can take a look at the issue. It's a lot of pots and pans banging together to make a lot of noise, a lot of undeserved arrogance and snark, which is utterly useless to anyone - even someone genuinely looking for criticism. To be honest, if I was the performer, I'd throw the majority of the forum opinions in the bin as it's just a lot of useless yelling that's ultimately not productive, nor worth, anyone's time to sift through.
And, if I was a VA, I'd look to other VA's for actual feedback. Not someone typing like they don't know how to handle a human interaction in the real world.
