Advance dual jobs for every job currently on game (even a name change). Changing weapons and flavor (and even partyrole) when reaching lvl 90~99, of course is a LOT of work but an expansion just focused on advancing jobs.
Warrior
--> Warrior(Tank) (more tank focused tools)
--> Berserk(DPS) (Dual axes)
WhiteMage
--> WhiteMage(Healer) (moar heals, casing while moving)
--> LightKnight(Tank) (Big hammer, tanks by lots of autoheals and reraise etc (stoneskin back?))
Monk
--> Monk(DPS) (more punches/kicks spikes in damage for dps checks)
--> Adept(MagicDPS) (Mantra hadookens, support heals, growing staff?)
...
And so on, you get the idea (and better names), could even be like SCH/SMN so you dont have to level each one but have alternatives half the cost just pushing each default role to their best and an role alternative different way to play.
