I am on second riddle and can't find the "white orb" anywhere in the location specified. Does anyone know where this is. I've already talked with Isouda, and think I know what I need to do to the white orb, I just can't find it.

Eh not really. It had be stymied for a while but once I realised there were 8 letters I knew what to do. I posted the first few tips in my guide after that stage solving G was next as it was a double and only 2 nbwra left would make the same digit. Then it was just testing the last 2 numbers

Mine was at the location of the first image you posted so right side facing the hall. It wax right up at the column. Maybe get closer in case too many ppl in zone stop it from showing?

Start by splitting up the numbers into groups of two

26 | 05 | 16 | 08 | 25 | 18 | 04 | 18 | 09 | 06 | 20

Then match each number to a letter of the alphabet counting each one (A=01, B=02 etc)

Well, it seems this is the german version of the riddle. I try to translate it as good as I can.

My first idea was to replace all ambiguous characters to get
"THAUMRGEO" and give every character a number (T=1, H=2, A=3 and so on).
=> Moon-Pearl???

Another idea was to count the existing characters, like T = x3, G = 1x.
=> Pearl-Ring (didnt work)

Both methods and every Pearl-item didnt work : /

I am german myself and tried to solve the riddle for a friend. I play on the english client and had no problems but his riddle was impossible. I wrote out a rather lengthy explanation why the german version is impossible here:

Warning, a lot of math involved and my explanations might not be 100% clear (explaining math in english is rather difficult if it is your second language). Please let me know if you find any errors in my explanation (it's 7am, I haven't slept yet and am tired as fluff).

Also one big reason while the german riddle isn't working is, the german one has 10 items on the list but still only 9 different letters in the riddle.

Anyone know the location I have to find for this clue? After solving the puzzle, I came up with Hollowed Heavenspillar Bridge. Any ideas?

I did try to have a crack at the German Puzzle but I also got the same roadblocks. I "might" have a solution.

The German number/letter math problem is slightly different to the English one and a little harder.

THAUM + ATURG = METEOR

#1: There are 9 letters T H A U M R G E O.

#2: As with the Sword/Dagger the highest possible numbers combined would give around 180,000 so M has to be 1

#3: Consider H + T = T. The only way something adding to T gives T would be if it is added with 10. So H must be a number that when added to a “carried over” number from previous column gives 10. As the highest number that can be carried over is 1, H must be 9.

#4: Here is where it starts to get complicated. Consider A + U = E and T + A = E. In both cases something added to A gives E. Since T and U are different letters they must be different numbers. Also considering that H is 9 (from previous step) there will be 1 carried over to T + A = E. So this means that T must be one less than U so that they both add up to E with the carried over. It also means that U + R = O must NOT be more than 10 otherwise there is no way that T and U can be different. So U + R has to be less than 10 and A + U must be 10 or more to give the carry over to the 9 in the next column we talked about in step 3.

#5 From here is where I started messing around. I got really stuck I couldn’t seem to solve it using 1-9. The closest I came was;

THAUM + ATURG = METEOR
49751 + 74532 = 124283

But this had G and E as doubled up as 2 and 6 was not used at all. Then I started considering the fact that your list has a 10 in it. 10 shouldn’t be allowed as it is a 2 digit number, so perhaps this was meant to indicate “0” being a number. This lead me to

THAUM + ATURG = METEOR
29731 + 72354 = 104085

So 0 is used but 6 is left out. However when combined with the criteria “G of T” the answer appears to be “Fluorite of Arm” which looks like it is the wrong way around. You could try a Fluorite Bracelet and see if that solves the puzzle, but I am not 100% sure about it. Funnily enough on my first “solution” the answer is also Fluorite Bracelet.

Changed language to english and it turned out to be "Hollowed. Heavens..."

No, its not broken, its just different. In the german quest its not ++-
its --+
As in the quest, Memerugu said that the questgiver complained about that elezen's attitude. That was my little clue :) the questgiver already used ++-, so you just need to go backwards (to win the battle)^^
