Will Beastmaster appear in any Endwalker content patches?

While I am flattered that you took the time to write so much in response to my posts, if you need to write a whole essay defending this joke of a job that alone shows that something is not right.

Allow me instead to summarize:
1. Turning a classic FF job into a meme class that is permanently locked into only doing old content was an idea so bad I don't know how anyone gave it the ok. Then again, it came out during the period of other bad decisions like locking Logos actions to only Pyros and Hydatos, locking story behind Baldesion Arsenal, refusing to add another healer to the game in Shb, and the decision to return to gender locked races. (Thankfully due to player feedback they reversed/fixed most of these decisions)

2. If WoW has a pet hunter class, so can FF without it being forced into another limited job. How is a game that came out in 2004 able to accomplish this while FFXIV can't?

3. The harder people argue in favor of limited blue mage and the extremes they go to defend their arguments only further validates my point that they are just not seeing eye to eye with the rest of us who just wanted to collect our spells and then do current content, not stuff that was released years and years ago.

BLU had two content bumps this expansion, but is now one expansion behind current content. Given the nature of Limited Jobs, the devs have no reason to ever make BLU's cap match that of Full Jobs, so it's probable it will always be one hard-capped to be an expansion behind.
Thus, it seems reasonable to me to assume that, if the trends persist, we may have room for one BLU update in EW to be current with ShB (even if it probably won't be able to go into Bozja), and time and resources available for the devs to output one new Limited Job, perhaps even as a pseudo-update to BLU if the two jobs are able to broach the same content.
We know the devs are going to add more "downtime" content after 6.0, like the farm island, so it's not off the table they would similarly shift focus onto non-competitive content. Of course, that could also hurt BST's chances if it ends up taking the same resources.

That makes total sense. Plus, let's not put out the fact that the pandemic delay might have affected XIV's non-MSQ/Raid/24 man related content. If I would put into consideration, having BLU catch up with the previous xpac was above the priority of introducing BST as a new limited job.

You could say the same thing in defense of literally every argument.

Do you not understand how debate works? You present an argument, you back it up with facts and data, you anticipate counterarguments and rebut them. "We're not seeing eye-to-eye" doesn't mean you're right.

Uhh, because the "tamable" Hunter pets are just reskins on a handful of base pets, distinguished only by one ability apiece?
Also Hunters literally have the option to turn them off?
Also also, 14's approach to pet jobs is completely different, but try asking a SMN about their experience and see if we need another conventional pet job.

To be fair, I've been told by many I was "wrong" about quite a lot of things.

I was wrong that Eureka sucked...then they made Bozja better...I was wrong that we needed a 4th healer...now Sage is a thing...I was wrong that gender-locked races were a comically bad decision...now everyone is making bunny boys...you get the picture. How are you going to convince me that my ideas are the wrong ones when the devs eventually fixed most of the things I criticized? There is hardly a point in elaborating further when it is obvious to most people.

By all means, enjoy limited Blue Mage while it lasts. In the end though, I won't be surprised if a day comes where it goes to the same place that affliction warlock Summoner went.

Are you saying you wouldn't be surprised if BLU got a big reword like SMN will be getting?

Or is affliction warlock Summoner a reference to another game?

Or is this a reference to an older state of FF14's SMN I don't know about?

Is this an FF11 thing?

Um, literally what are you even talking about?

Nobody said "We're never having another healer." The argument that always derailed threads about adding new healers was that they wanted the existing healers to be adjusted first before adding a new one.
At worst, we got a few specific cases like "We're never getting Time Mage as a healer because we already have Astrologian which has many of the same skills and themes."
And much like with the addition of GNB leading to a Tank revamp, they used the addition of a new healer as an opportunity to examine the flaws of the role as a whole so that it could have a niche, so it was never even "one or the other."

The critical failure on your part to read people's intentions really tells me that you were missing the forest for the trees when people were telling you "you're wrong", and I have to wonder how many of those other cases are similarly stolen valor.

Odds were better about them removing fairies from SCH in EW. But it's just too intrinsic to the identity of the job in 14 for them to shift gears on that now.

"Affliction warlock Summoner" is a bit of a meme because...FFXIV's summoner didn't feel like much of one due to its focus on poisons and disease. Since it's mechanics were directly copied from warlock back when ARR was being made.

In the end, due to player feedback the job was reworked to great praise in the last live letter where we finally saw our egis disappear for good. The only people mad about it were a small, but disproportionately loud minority on the forums and reddit. I can only hope that in the future that a non-limited Blue Mage finally able to play with others in current content receives such a warm welcome.

We will likely see the exact same scenario play out again: huge swathes of people who were otherwise unwilling to give the job the time of day will be excited to try it, while the few remaining sardine mages will be shouting people down over how they "ruined their favorite job!" As if the job wasn't ruined by default for many by making it limited in the first place.

Yes, but the difference is Classic Summoner has always been a job focused on burst damage through the means of summoned entities, while games like 11 expanded that to being a variation of a pet job. Despite the job having a number of DoTs, the primary umbrage taken with 14's iteration 'disrespecting the Classic Summoner' was that the DoTs were more effective than its summons due to the pet AI, as well as the number of skills that bypassed or ignored them entirely. So the revamp to SMN re-examined its relationship with its summons, and pulled the job more in line with its Classical iteration.

Meanwhile, BLU is already quite close to its Classic iteration because it isn't restricted by "competitive balance", and trying to rebalance it into a full job would pull it further away from that. You're arguing in the opposite direction of your example.

BST will be coming in the same patch as the Jedi job and when they release Mythic + dungeons.
