No more QTE please.

I just need QTE to have more variety than just spam one button over and over.

The argument of "It's not interesting" is more compelling, I can reason with that. But anyone who can't do this must be like 60 years old with arthritis or something.

Most posts on this thread cause negative emotions for this reason. Because they're playing this card.
Do people have problems with this QTE because of their physical problem? You wrote it, we get it. I agree with you completely on the subject that or there should be a button to help you. Or the game shouldn't kill the band because of your failure. We need to told SE about that problem.
However, I will say for my part that this QTE is simple, and there was proof in thread that you don't have to press the button too fast. It's more about "aah, I can't do it and I don't want to listen to anybody" card.
P.S. No, i'm not threating people with healthy problem. Moreover, i have friends with that thing, and I proud for them, because they complete that challenge, or found a way how to make that easy. Problem in that thread, how people complaining about that in 70% messages.

Another misunderstanding of this situation. It's kind of discussing the fact that humans can't physically go through such quick button presses, in a game that SE simplifies year after year, don't you like that the plot point will be with different or simplified mechanics? There is extreme for you, go there.

From what I see the complaints stem from them using a modified version of what was previously a tank only version of the ATM for the entire party. The ATM last longer than what most non-tanks are used to while also being more difficult than what tanks are used to.

Good point and excellent analytics, but. Firstly - a person may not go as a tank, secondly - even on Aida, the speed of pressing the buttons is acceptable. Thank you, for your cause

The only problem is speed, people with chronic injuries cannot press that fast. But your remark is just as great as the alternative

I did both times I've done the Trial. All it did was make /both/ hands hurt.

You don't have to press very fast at all. The time you get for each press increases the lower it gets. You can easily pass the mechanic with a very relaxed pace.
