Sadly, no. You won't have access to your other service account until the game goes live. When you log in and click "Start" it will ask what service account to use.

I pre-ordered the game on my account, I purchased it from Europe and got a European version. When I try to input the pre-order code it says "This code can only be applied to the region of the account" My account region I used for the beta and everything else, used to purchase the account as well, is registered in "The Americas" what I want to know is if I use this code on a brand new account, that is registered in EU will I still have the game and the pre-order bonuses and stuff like that or is there a way to change my region. Thank you ahead of time.
I've recieved an early access 20 digit code that doesn't match my region. I ordered my copy from amazon(US) and registered on the 20th, during the region confusion. My 20 digit code gives me a "wrong region" code, and i have no idea how to tell what region my game is.
When do we recieve actual game codes like Collector edition code etc, as i bought from the SE EU store and ive got my preorder code and registered it but i have not had any mention about my CE code or items.
The pre-order bonus items "Cait Sith Doll Minion" and "Mog Cap" as well as the Collector's Edition bonus items "Helm of Light," "Coeurl Mount," "Behemoth Barding," and "Baby Behemoth Minion" will be delivered via the Moogle Letter when you log in after the game officially launches.
Please be aware that the bonus items will not be delivered during phase 4 of the Beta Test or during the Early Access period.

My apologies. The way I understand it is, the early access code simply acts as the pre-order code, but not as our collector's edition codes we'll be reciving upon release of the game. (Correct me if I'm wrong, this is just my assumption based off what I've read)
Actually now, after reading a few other posts, I am a bit concerned.
Throughout the alpha/betas, the information I gathered was that if I wanted the pre-order bonuses but already have a 1.0 account.. that I would need to register a PS3 version of the game. Which I have done so, but I read in the general forum that anyone who has registered their code as a PS3 one.. could only play on PS3? Does that still apply to 1.0 accounts coming into 2.0? Would I be now trapped to only being able to play on my PS3 or can I flip flop like it was made to sound originally?

It looks as if it is possible for the 1.0 to have both but you have to make sure you activate them on the same service account. If you already activated the PS3 one, that is where your current character is. (On that service account) Make sure you apply the same one to the PC version or you will not be able to play those characters.

I am having issues registering my Pre-Order serial number. I pre-ordered the game directly from the SE store online on the 15th of July. I have a 6-3-6-3 serial number, and my services list on the account management page shows that I have FFXIV: ARR and FFXI.
The preorder serial code I received 4 days after my purchase is not being accepted on http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/
I receive the following error message:
Error 2: The code entered has already been used.
I am certain I've not used this code ever, so I'm confused as to the origin of this error message.
On the Square Enix Account Manager(https://secure.square-enix.com/account), when I check the services section, I see both FFXIV and FFXI (Which is correct, I did have FFXI). However, for FFXIV I'm only seeing FFXIV:ARR
Am I also supposed to be seeing a

You will be able to access your character and account (along will all bonuses) from either platform. Just because you pre-ordered (2.0) on PS3 and have a (1.0) PC account doesn't mean you will be forced to play on the PS3. It just means you will be able to play on either platform.

I'm done registering my 20-digit code and when I checked my SE Account it doesn't show anything except for my beta registration?
I want to expand on what others have asked about owning PS3 and PC. I ordered the PS3 to get early access and preorder items. I registered my EA code on the PS3 because that is what I ordered....so my question is do I have to play on the PS3 for EA and then once the game is released I can play on the PC or can I do both just like when the game is released

If I understand correctly then, what you're saying is though the Square -Enix social page (same page that we have to register our pre-order codes) only shows FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn / PS3 Registered On: 21/08/2013, because I logged in using my 1.0 credentials (same login I've always used for playing the game and accessing the Square Enix Account Management screen) that I should, come Saturday be able to flip flop between my PC and PS3?

when I patched and updated my client (ran fine) it comes to a point where it wants you to specify where your PERKS go
it reads like this
OPTION: "Deleted character name"
PERKS: Mog hat Sith Doll
you can say OK or Create New Service
should i be clicking create new then log into my main character on early access for these items? clearly they wouldnt be going to my deleted character had I selected that option?
The sad part about this, is on the page you two were originally going to, I do not see FF XIV ARR, while one of you see's the beta registeration and the other see's just the game. Then I see it on the page I linked originally, and neither of you do.
This whole thing is a mess... I really hope Square-Enix doesn't just let this blow over their shoulders. I wouldn't want to see that mentality start like it was for 1.0
Unfortunatley, I don't have much else to go off of at this point. We now just have to hope for Square-Enix to address the issue or at least acknowledge there is a problem.
the delays in responding are scaring me, but glad to see this thread and that i am not the only one who is going through the redeeming both codes (even seeing game on profile but no mention of early access in profile) and waiting for emails talking about early access.
Woot! its 23rd of Aug now on my end and still not even an update from SE. I'm pretty sure most of us are still experiencing issues. Le Sigh..
Any ETA on when the Error 3 issue is going to be fixed on the NA Pre-order site?
I know they're having serious congestion issues, but I'm hoping that they fix it soon. I'm getting a bit worried.

I never had this option on the PC version, and I WANTED it! :\
I wanted to create a new service account where the PC pre order code would be applied to, since my PS3 version is now linked to my SE account and hopefully my old Legacy account. :S So in effect I want my old legacy account to be linked to the Ps3 and a NEW service account on the PC so another person in my family can play with me.
Why is this so damn hard?
Just sent in a ticket via email. Keep getting a EU code when I need a NA code. Anyone having any success via email or phone call at all? I am not hearing many success stories dealing with customer service.

I Submitted a ticket yesterday and JUST got a response today stating that I will get a response within 48 hours. The chat is closed and the phone support is giving me a busy signal.. what a joke.
