It's one per customer, not per character. In other words if you got the promo code and then bought another eligible item via the same amazon account after, you wouldn't get a 2nd promo code.

edit: It does appear to be one character only at the moment. Those particular reddit comments were buried.

I can't find anything to that effect with a search on "single" "character" or "limited".. Can you please link the actual thread comment? I'll try it myself when it arrives to confirm but so far I only have the timecard I bought.

Yeah I guess I'll go ahead and get it. I know I'm not going to be done with the game in the next 30 days. I'm also going to pre-order Shadowbringers. I've been having a lot of fun with the game since I started playing a couple of weeks ago. So many things to do.

Though, there is NO GUARANTEE that the DLC code would work on EU or JP

Same thing happened for the Fat White Chocobo mount ... i could not find anything that qualified to be purchased by Canadian residents. Thankfully someone was nice to give me a code and the cumulus cloud mount was the exact same thing. Perhaps Trump was involved as NA really means US only/

I mean i am not mad about it just was super bummed out for the cloud mount when the Promo was on and it has yet to be on Mog Station if ever :(

this is NA only. so the codes would not work on a JP/EU account.

No it has to specifically be sold by amazon:

...Which is pretty much what I did. With these promotions before I would usually just buy a $20 Nintendo Eshop card and call it a day. Wasn't the case this time, however.

Get in contact with their support chat. Because it did say "ANY GAME" therefore any game should apply.

They might be trying to get a preorder game. Those do not qualify sadly, I think some people abused it in the past. Because preoder games use to qualify.

It did get abused. People would preorder, wait until they got their item code(s), then cancel the preorder. This is why we can't have nice things. xD

It also appears they have pretty much stopped people from ordering and canceling by delaying giving you the for a couple days. That was the method I was going to use. Now to get this mount, I need to want whatever I purchase. :(

Ok, the problem and deal is not the delivery ... nor the game ... but it's the price. (not everyone have a lot of money)

Imagine the SAME PROMOTION same item but on .ca

it would cost you cheaper obviously (no import fee)... less on delivery.. Obviously, if the ONLY GAME TIME CARD that i can purchase for this promotion is a physical game time card ... well now you understand why i'm getign a bit salty for the price.

However, if it was a digital game time card ... hell the price would be ... 40-45$ instead of 55$ (that is after we transform the USD into CAD)

If i had like 1k in bank, i wouldn,t mind buyign that phiyiscal game tiem card for 55$ cad (after everything turned up from USD) , but when the money is tight... you try to save there and there, and if i can save 10 if not 15$ for digital game time card(with the promo that is), then i rather be patient and wait till it appear... if not well too bad, at least, it will make someone else happy to have purchased the card i canceled.

Sometimes you win some, sometimes you lsoe some. This is my lost .. until an opportunity strike.

I bought a Smash bros digital code. Got the game instantly. Got the code as soon as I nagged customer support for it.
