Can we get a hardmode version of the void ark series in the future?

i dont know about US, but when i work in England, i found out European countries have much shorter working ours than ours
working OT is unlikely in Euro, while it is almost a must in my country
and our gaming is never the "hard content" when compare to neighborhood countries such as Korea and China
furthermore, casual gaming have an increasing trend, it is actually more money making than traditional so call "hard-core" game
it is always more favorable when someone come back form hours of work, can pop online do something with random ppl
i know the Western are more "hard-core", but i think ppl have to stop comparing FFXIV to WOW
they really aiming for different segment of players to begin with

Uh... Assuming you are talking about Labyrinth of the Ancients (the first raid in the CT series), this was released when the gear cap was 90. I don't know where you are getting your information from. CT raids are tuned to 10 lower than max (and drops gears of that level).

I think the game needs 'midcore' 8 man content, not 24 man. 20+ man content in the vast majority of MMOs tends only to be played by a small number of people due to the effort in organising a raid group of that size and ensuring you have enough reserves to fill the ranks when people are missing.

hardmode void ark = instead of 24 players, you can only have 8.

There is no such thing as a "hard mode". All boss encounters begin with mechanics they dev team wants in the fight and through testing the filter out and fine tune the mechanics that make the cut. It's much easier to put everything at the start and remove it than to add something to make it harder. SCOB Savage is an example of this. While it is a harder version of the regular fight it is in reality the un-tuned version where mechanics are in their raw form and at times can be unfair like meteors during heavensfall or petrifaction timers.

While we may never see a Void Ark (Savage), I still would like to see the option to dye said gear through an item rather than just getting the same armor but at a higher ilvl and dyable. You want people to actually do AS and I feel its ok to have i210 stuff locked behind raids/HNM rng

Your raid gear will already be given out in void ark by virtue of upgrade items. There will be 210 gear from island exploration. The gear in alex savage is virtually meaningless outside of glamour and bis. Actually, BiS will be an island exploration thing, so the only reason to really complete alex savage is for glamour at this point.

The current raid that barely anyone has beaten is already pointless? How fast do you people go through content? Do y'all work or.....unemployment? Like goddamn man, next we'll have posts complaining that 3.1+ is pointless. Oh, wait that's already starting.....

A noble sentiment, and one I agree with, but I doubt that it will ever happen, especially considering that the developers themselves have looked to WoW for inspiration.
