Agreed. But keeping it undyeable gives them an excuse to reuse those sets again in future content and make dyeable versions. I'd rather they didn't and just make everything dyeable but that appears to be their MO.

Adding in my two cents, I played PSO2 and it does take forever for character models to appear. That's due to the amount of data.
Sure it's fun to customize your character to great lengths, but an entire city of just invisible people and nameplates is kind of silly.
