Except that I have already done that. I've been struggling with FFXIV for this particular issue for over a month now, and when I originally discovered it during a FFXIV raid, I immediately contacted my ISP. They sent out a technician and even went as far as to replace my Modem/Router combo. At that time, however, I thought it was fixed as I hadn't realized that the issue was unique to FFXIV/NTT, seeing has how after the tech call/modem replacement I wasn't noticing any lag to other online games I was playing (never the case).
I can traceroute to any non-NTT point (Cox or otherwise) and have zero packet loss. So I'm not sure what can be done about this. As suggested in this thread, I can try a VPN service which will possibly allow for a different route, or just deal with it (and be unable to raid) until it's fixed.
