It's just weird that everyone else got theirs and I've paid in the exact same way and don't have it. I wish their customer service had actually looked at my account and said "Oh, this is why, just wait X days". But all they did was link me the wording on the page on lodestone. I'd already read that about 10 times before I sent the email.
