I think we should be able to kick them if i don't like their glamour too. The kick feature is abused in this game and should be remedied. Too many people think it's their way or the highway.

"In the game" does not "mean should be used every time it comes off CD." There are several damage abilities that stun, and if they are used asap every time you're gonna have issues on fights where you can stun tankbusters.
You were trolling the group, they asked you to stop but you didn't. That is a prime example of proper use of vote kick.
IIRC, a GM said that kicking people for different playstyle are allowed. Someone posted it on this forums.

I don't think you read yourself when you write because you sound exactly like "kick first, speak later".
Where's the respect in that ? You talk about freedom of not playing with people who do that : ok i agree.
But if you have it, wouldn't telling the person "please stop that" and explaining why would be better ?
Don't give me answers like "they should already know" or "they don't listen", in both case you should begin by talking first and then acting on it.
First time i see that screenshot of a GM answer. I am shocked.
It's too vauge.
"Different playstyles" could cover absolutely anything.
If the description means it could also involve being able to kick someone for playing to well as its a "different playstyle" to your own then I find it a problem. I've been kicked for using a knockback and heavy to get a mob off a healer before, people are so uppity about petty stuff in dungeons.
I agree the vote kick option definitely needs a rework in their rules.
However, there are some perfectly good examples of why 'different playstyles' is a legitimate reason to kick someone. If I was in a group with you and a melee and you kept knocking back mobs and slowing us down at every pull, I would probably kick you aswell.
Another example would be three players wanting to speed run and one player running to every room and pulling the mobs. They want a full clear, we don't - and they're slowing three other people down in the process. That's a different playstyle.
I mean, if knock back is the only thing getting you kicked, is it really that hard not to use it? Also skills are situational. Tanks have stun but it doesn't mean they should be stunning every mob they see.
If you kept knocking back enemies before they're about to die, and they asked you to stop and you didn't listen, then that counts as harassment. Unless of course it was to avoid an aoe or something.
