ok I got earring and minion but where my mount I got collector endtion for pc do I get another code or something
people on steam got their mount all ready why are we waiting for ours
There are already individuals that have redeemed the code. I have seen several with the Wind-up Bartz minion on my server. So the code is apparently redeemable now. Upon logging into my Mogstation account, it also gives me a link to Redeem an Expansion Code. Regardless, those of us who have pre-ordered digitally having to wait (and probably lose access to SB content) on SE to e-mail out the codes after we've already preordered the item? Not exactly the best practice to email them out the day of. Why not just bundle them with the Early Access codes? Since the idea of preordering also went hand-n-hand with gaining Early access to 4.0 and its content.
Like another poster said: none of the FAQs SE has been posting says anything about digital orders. I've already been charged, yet I just get another email with the same Early Access code that I redeemed months ago. Not very happy, especially after dealing with the instances duties instability the last couple of days.
Regardless, a better practice is to just bundle the Early Access codes and expansion codes together for those who preorder. Then this thread wouldn't have people complaining about the lack of a second code. The email SE sends out when they charge your card is pretty misleading: the wording insinuating you're getting the actual expansion code, but it's just the Early Access code. All of this trouble could be easily avoided by just bundling the codes together.
So.. I bought the Collector's Edition for the Digital version of my Storm's Blood and I have not received my ingame items. I have my pre=order items, but that's it. When will I receive my collector's addition code and items? Because even when I look at the mogstation it is saying I need to buy storm's blood. Like.. I'm so confused and annoyed and I'm sure I'm just not understanding. Someone help plz ><

While we can register the cd key's already, if you have purchased a digital download from the SE store, these codes will just be like in HW send out, or made available in the NA store at midnight (June 20th) since that's the official release of the game. People that have bought a physical copy from somewhere and had them delivered already, or bought digital from somewhere else and have gotten a code already, are now able to register their full product as stated in the instructions above. Just be patient you will receive your code by tonight the latest.
You will have till June 23rd to register that additional code/key to your service account.
So I take it no one that have bought the game digital through S-E store got the full game key yet?
It's not the 20th. Well ok fine somewhere is the 20th, but for SE it's the 19th still, since they are going by PDT/PST and not EU/JP or any other time zone in that matter. Also as I mentioned in some other threads, don't count on the email right at midnight, the system will be extremely overloaded, but make sure that you not only check your emails (every folder including promotion/spam/all mail/social etc) as well as the store itself. Back as HW was released, it took them hours for the email to actual arrive, while the store showed 2 items in the order (Heavensward expansion and key + additional item key, for collectors editions) prior to the arrival of the mail.
Well, the pre-access lasts until the 23rd if I'm not mistaken so it'll be fine. Still, I don't think that SE is handling this extension thing pretty well. Between the queue time that exceeds one hour and a half and the useless two-key system (that you have to redeem on a special website to then have another code to redeem on mogstation... ), it's nothing but frustration with them.
Sorry for the noob question here. I bought the Stormblood (PCDownload) on SE Store which says "Pre-order". I got the 20 Digit Stormblood Code after I click Unlock Key but I haven't got any pre-order codes for the bonus items. Am I still eligible for it or not anymore.
Hopefully this can be of some help to the folks who recently posted about the SE Store's Digital orders. Even though I didn't get an email regarding it, I went to check my order page on the SE store for the Digital CE, and notice that the 18-digit pre order code has now been replaced with a 20 digit code for direct input into mog station. Those who are still waiting may wish to give it a look see.
Re: Chevora - I dunno if that means you're too late. I thought they said pre order status could still be obtained, but my pre order code is no longer displayed on the order page at all. You should have gotten an email confirming the purchase, though. Check and see if an 18 digit pre order code isn't displayed on it somewhere. It'll be in plain text under the pre-order rewards list and look like XXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX instead of the typical 4 by 4.
For what it's worth, I'm really not a fan of this 2 (3?) code system they've adopted. It just means more chances for things to go wrong.

I've received my code for Stormblood (different code from the early access) today.
I tried entering it into the Mog Station, but it tells me the code is invalid.
Yes, I've checked and double checked it and also tried copy / pasting as well.

The redeem site, Square Enix Store, only lists the early access code for me.
I got an e-mail from them a few hours ago listing both my early access code and also the Stormblood activation code (not early access), as well as a Square Enix Store point code.
Inputting the early access code tells me it has already been used (of course). Inputting the other code tells me it is incorrect.
EDIT: Nevermind, I found it. I refreshed the Mog Station page and a new link "Register the expansion pack" appeared.
I clicked that and it accepted my code. Registration complete.
Did anyone else NOT get an activation code? Is there a phone number for Square Enix Store?
I pre-ordered FFXIV Complete Edition for Mac. I'm sitting on the installation, waiting for the code. It's now Midnight PST, and still no code. Grrr....
Just as a quick headsup: digital preorder from the SE store, still got no email beyond the EA code but my order details on the shop updated with the activation code just now.
Okay, so after contacting both PSN and SE support it seems that I'm no further to solving this issue. The code that came in the box and was labelled 'Promotional Code' has only registered as an Early Access code on PSN. So I have two codes now registered as EA, but no full game on either PS History OR Mogstation.
Sony PSN said this was an issue with the publisher, but I've been told by support to wait until Friday and *hope* that it moves over to full access.
Has anyone else had an issue with the UK boxed edition code?
Okay, so Amazon, Game, Shopto have all apparently had emails from SE telling them there are issues with the PS4 physical UK codes and that we should contact SE to get a code. Sadly your CS staff have kept denying this. I have an email from Shopto stating that SE themselves had been in contact. We didn't even go to Shopto, so they sent this without us getting on to them.
This is poor customer service and they are doing NOTHING to resolve this. You've sent out codes that do not work and your support are refusing to follow through with what SE is telling retailers to tell their customers.
Hi, Dsync.... Me & my sister both have the exact same issue. I purchased a Physical PS4 edition from Shopto and the PSN code inside my box is either completely invalid (doesn't even give early access) or recognised only as a pre-paid time card, though entering it on PSN only validates that it is a PSN code, it does not appear to link to any products on the PSN store. This is so annoying it is almost laughable.
I contacted Shopto and Square Enix customer service. Square Enix initially told me to contact Shopto for a new code. When I contacted Shopto however, they advised that they had spoken to Square Enix and had been advised that anyone with a PSN code issue needed to contact Square Enix and obtain a new code.... however Square Enix support are stating that they did not tell any retailers this information... and are hoping the issue will be resolved before Friday :/
I'm the sister, lol. When I spoke to a customer service representative this afternoon I was basically told that "There is an issue with some of the PS4 codes" and "You still have EA until friday" and that basically Square Enix are not prepared to do anything until then, or perhaps even later. The representative didn't even seem that interested in the problem, and tried to insinuate I was putting the code in to the wrong place on my ps4.
This is absolutely appalling. I've now got a code that doesn't work that I paid £35.00 for.....

I've been trying to reach out to SE support for at least 4 days now, and no luck, so maybe someone here can help?
So I preordered SB and got my code, but when I put it in it comes up as invalid.
Today, I got the "new" SB code (non-preorder?), and tried that, to no avail.
I checked and my account is registered as a Steam account. However, FF is NOT in my Steam library, and I launch FF through the launcher, not Steam.
I am not sure if I purchased the wrong one, or if my account somehow screwed up? I'm honestly just really frustrated from the lack of help from SE at all.
If it's registered as a steam version, for whatever reasons, then you won't be able to redeem the regular code. Make sure you double check if that's the correct account, maybe you did have an steam trial account at some point, and just logged into the wrong one on accident. If that's not the case, I don't think there's anything that can be done, since support mentioned that in the description of the product, however sometimes support is really nice and does let you exchange it, but for that you would have to file a ticket and hope that they are not as frustrated as we currently are. Other then that, would be only the possibility to return the other product, which might be very difficult since you've opened it already (physical or online) and purchase the steam version of the game. But before going that route, wait for the ticket to be answered, and I know its upsetting but it's your best bet, for someone to look at your account.
