Did you read what I said? It's a FC full of alts. Aka one person using the fact it's a FC to bid in an FC only ward. That's exactly the problem.

Apartments are already second class houses compared to wards. So adding instanced housing would be the same, but more features and the wards can stay premium, hell even whack the prices back up to show this.
