Character Reactivation Service......When?

The service It's already off-line since 07th march 2011, I think beacuse the earthquake problems delay the world merge.

I know right... There seems to be a surge in new players at the moment too, so those coming back are gonna be pushed away by the fact they can't get their characters back. Makes me sad, cause (whilst we don't really need more people) it can never hurt.

Can someone tell me exactly why it is still down? been over 2 months now...

Hey guys I've been playing for a long time and last year I deleted my character swearing I'd never come back since I was just way too busy with other things. But like most of you I've felt the itch and I have made my way back into the game. I really wanted to play as my main character again but the Character Reactivation service seems to be down?
