new zealand & Australia pay in USD, NZD or AUSD instead of euro's

i know this has been mentioned a lot but it makes no sense that NZ & AUS have to pay in euro dollars, we are not part of the euro union and we end up paying more for our service because of that bizzare decision.

in short give those countries the OPTION to pay in USD rather than forcing us to pay in euro's which is our only option.
