Error code : FFXI -3001 ***Downloading Data***

Morning Update : Tried logging into the game and received the same ***Downloading Data*** followed by Error code: FFxi -3001... Used Windscribe/VPN to log into the game with success and then proceeded to log out -> At the first screen when I pressed the back icon/button to back out of FFxi and go into playonline it "Crashes". I thought I fixed the problem by eliminating any corrupted files so i tried to log back in without VPN and I am back at the same error code / downloading data screen.

Sounds like it could be an issue with your Internet Service Provider.
