They posted a net income of over $110,000,000 in 2010. There is no reason they can't offer 24/7 support free, like many other games and companies do.

yeah but even still reguardless if they dont do something tonight cause its not effectin JP's thats technically concidered Discrimination tho... so they cant do that but im almost positive JP players did get effected by this as well but who knows i jus know They need to make a 24/7 customer service after this mess up.

They've definitely read this. They have closed similar threads and moved others. They are choosing not to respond and leave us in the dark.
