Also if this was just a happen to stumble upon them kind of thing then why is the rewards so meh? I mean 250 sparks/500 xp. In the time it takes you to set it because you weren't expecting the mob and just ran accross it you could've made more sparks/xp... and it's not even repeatible so it's not like an extra boost if you are camping somewhere that happens to have that nm

Well I can't do anything about SE ridiculousness with these NMs, but if you're on Carbuncle I can tell you that I just killed Bloodsucker at 12:21 PM on February 10th, 2014. So he'll be back at that same time on the 13th. Best get in 10 or so minutes early just to be safe.

I mentioned the ToD in several different places and always included the time zone. I guess I had a brain fart. Sorry. 12:20 PM Eastern. I'm gonna edit my post above.

They also have made rewards for the more you do....

Took me most of a week only doing that and I still need 3. And that's mostly because I got really lucky on some 24 hour ones. And yes several are still 24 hours and at least on my server people are still doing them at least for this.

Are there other things that could be done? Sure. But this is a simple easy fix that shouldn't have any effect on game balance to consider. And part of it is of all nms to pick why did they pick some of the worse spawners in that zone to begin with
