Second: Who says the mass breeding sessions behind closed doors at the mithra homelands hasn't hit it's centennial and is ready for a break? You'd think the constant sex would kill them quicker than lack of breeding.

Hell. Could even be a jail break of sorts. Men constantly complain about the company of women. You'd think being locked away, no escape, surrounded by children all day.... They would want to escape. o-o

Galka have no genitals. At all. While they are treated as males for the sake of marriage ceremonies, they cannot in any way create children with others. They are neither male nor female anatomically. As such, there is no point in creating a female-esque version of this race. SE should just openly allow them to marry either a man or a woman and call it a day, in my opinion. My server had a lovely galka named Betty. She had her own pin-up album. I'm sure she was popular with the boys.

As for male mithra people have been begging for those since before FFXI was even released in Japan. SE has ignored all requests in this game; andi n FFXIV. i honestly doubt they will ever change their minds.

did you know that when a galka is reincarnated it becomes a perfect copy of its former self? They even retain knowledge of their former lives. I suppose that makes them quasi-immortal in that they can live forever, but their lives can also be extinguished for whatever reason. This makes their story a rather sad one...
