Cause you know if SE implements a "Scaling Damage" thing, If you have sh*t for MP its going to nerf your damage a small amount. Something like this might scale but not be too powerful... as your first BP will likely be the only one who gets the full Benefit of the damage boost... Also You'll notice I don't include 100% MP as your MP will never reach 100% with an Avatar out ;o
um... not sure if you remember but you need at lvl 99 198mp to pull off astral flow attack since its 2time you level in mp required. the 0-15% field for the first one wouldn't even exist (bar maybe 10mp difference).

You would always be in the 15-30% with the minimum required mp to use it again afterwards.

I'm not asking to boost astral flow to an insane amount of damage but considering that it takes all our mp to use it should atleast do at lvl 99 5k/target. Not asking like 6-7k damage but enough to make it worth while since our avatars finally got an increase from the sash that allowed their skills to break the 75 limit. An addition of 38 levels should amount to more then 300-500 more damage.
