To clarify use this setup:

LuShang
Albatross ring
Pelican ring(used to skillup because could not necessary to catch guru)
Meatball for Guru
Full fishing set, waders, torque, hands, smock, hq hands, nq legs and moglification fishing with powerful water energy.

I started at 92 fishing with this setup, did not obtain Guru till I was 102 fishing.

What I meant was it is possible to catch Guru's without Ebisu or botting using the setup I listed above.

And by all possible enhansements, you also have moglification fishing? Stall + Signboard + Fishing hole map + net and lure?

Yes ONLY when you obtain ebisu, you could then catch guru's with noddy/puffin. Ebisu is that much more powerful in reeling in fish compared to lushang.
