Big corporations tend to have a hard time updating software.. .We're still on Windows XP here at my job and only barely "considering" the switch to Windows 7. We waited almost two years to upgrade to the second-to-latest version of software that we use everyday as well..
Updating stuff like that in big corps is a slow, painstaking process that has to be combed through by IT for a while. I don't agree with the delay, as a tech savvy person, but frankly I don't care to argue with it. We have a lot of older people here who can barely turn their computers on in the morning -- can't expect them to deal with the inevitable troubles of major updates.
Did they ever fix Cid's teeth?
Greetings everyone!
If you’ve already been completed the quests that were implemented that tie-in to the new expansion, surely you're thirsty for more material relating to the lore of Seekers of Adoulin, right?
In case you missed the announcement on topics, we've just posted some juicy lore-filled literature! The theme for this installment is about the background story of Adoulin's flag.
We spoke to lead for this and received a nice comment I'd like to share with you:
Stayed tuned for more issues where you can delve deeper into the lore of Adoulin! Thanks so much for your interest in the Adoulin literature.
The theme for this issue revolves around explaining why Adoulin's flag has an insignia with twelve swords upon it. Please take a moment and read through it.
The characters that are introduced in the literature are people that you can actually meet in South San d’Oria. Of course they will not tell you about Adoulin in-game, but if you feel the need after reading, drop by to say hi to them.

I for one welcome more lore that focuses on cookies.

No Moogles were harmed in the making in this post. Stars save the Sibyl!
I loved the inclusion of Balasiel, personally. Takes me back to when I did the series of quests leading up to "A Knight's Test". Good times.
<--still waits for Rune Fencer details.
"Tonight on the Vana'diel Report, a poor innocent player lost a valuable 10-15 seconds of their lives by reading Antanias's signature."
Yes, yes, yes, SE, but what we really want to know is what is the OS for the developer machines?
