I would imagine accountability is WHY some things don't get answered. Reps can't just post willy-nilly, answers that represent the company need to be approved by higher ups, sometimes the company policy is "don't answer questions about [blank]" - rather than give an unpopular response, etc.
I'm not saying it was the case with your marble question (though since they are items that can't be traded, AH'd, or delivered, I never saw a reason why a transfer would affect them), but I've had friends who were official company reps on forums. I watched them sigh at question they were forbidden from touching, not to mention odd half-answers that were the official line. And in one case, I wasn't a rep, but people knew who I worked for - and I almost got into HUGE trouble over a post that you would read and think "who gives a crap!"
It's a job with lots of restrictions and pitfalls and what amounts to an impossible-to-please user base.
Don't wish. Don't start.
I forgot about this. I remembered on feb 23 then I forgot until just now. I think when I read about it being practically the same ole MB with marbles involved kind of broke my interest. Maybe a missed opportunity will lead to mythic riches next time around.
But anyway best of luck to everyone! And remember the 237th Rule of Goblin Acquisition, "If you don't win the mog bonanza, bribe winners out of their shinies!"
Speaking of which, I need to get to work on some crafting![]()
