People do care, it states flaws with the game, and if your saying that the flaws are there due to the game being a MMO, perhaps its not flaws with the game, rather flaws with the genre itself.
It's the genre itself.

They're just going to quit WoW when that becomes a mindless unyielding grind for them. And then they'll quit the next one, until they realize what the core gameplay of an MMORPG is.
