Not even sorta Kinda. Most if not all Mythic WS's are Pretty useless. NIN: it sucks, but sometimes while soloing I used Blade: Kamu to stick its accuracy down effect, which stacks with Kurayami.
The Accuracy Down is nice, But chances are wasting a WS on this for 300 DMG instead of doing a 3k~5k Hi or Shun will probably balance out in favor of Shun/Hi. Since Killing it faster is probably going to be better for your survivability.

BST: Back then BSTs were hanging out with lots of CHR gear for Charm, and they had been screaming for a CHR mod based WS for ages. Primal Rend was just that. With lots of CHR gear and some mab one, Primal Rend was actually a decent WS. Of course, those were different times and today there just is no place for it I guess.
Back in the day? Yah, But this isn't 2007 again, And I'm pretty sure he's asking for relevant information, not outdated information. Hell, Back at 75 I had a Primal Rend set, And it was lovely, Just not good today.

THF - In times where only a few players had Mandau and there were no Rudra's Storm and Extenterator, Mandalic Stab was a decent option if anything for SC purposes.
Which, Again, Is not pertinent today. Even back at 75, Shark Bite was generally better than Mandalic...

WAR - Used to be pretty nice in some setups?
I think we're seeing a patter now, "Used too", Even back then, It was really only good as a Mighty Strikes WS

SAM - Always sucked, if anything it sucked even more at 75 since the typical GKT was Hagun, with its really low base damage. Only use of Rana was to self SC Darkness, I think.
Its good for Setting up Self Darkness, But I think there are better WS combination that will do more damage, Even if its just getting you Frag or Grav.

DNC - Uh... it's never been great, but it was "okaysh" at 75?
IDK About it at 75 unfortunately, nor do i know much about DNC, But i think Evisc/Rudra's Skillchaining replaces the Phyr/Evisc Skillchain if you have Thwast. Otherwise, I think its still good for that Darkness thing.
