Funniest In Game Moment- Go!

Back when my friend and I first started(long before FoV and level sync was introduced), after learning basic controls we ran out into East Sarutabaruta hoping to fight stuff. After gaining a few levels we attempted to fight our first yagudo which we beat but my friend was poisoned. Neither of us was a Whm so we ran as fast as we could back to the mog house in windurst woods, my friend died of poison by the fountain and a bunch of people walked over and stared at him and then started poking his body. I found it funny because a galka was getting poked by a bunch of taru's.

Was partying in the dunes with one eye on the ls and there was a guy who was a little drunk asking where his lucky charms were. As a sackholder (most of the ls is!) I threw a pearl to a guy I was partied with, character name "Luckycharms".

Poor bloke... I think he nearly fell off his chair when lucky introduced himself.

Everyone was ganging up on the beast just outside the city gates of jeuno.. and the next thing you know. you are in Windurst... or Bastok..
Random destination teleports on NM tp move were great. I'd love to do that one again.

My personal funny moment was back when i first started playing. Was in a garlaige citadel party and happend to be facing a corridor T. So I see this taru run past it and then a few seconds later booking it back the other way with a bunch of mobs chasing him. Another funny for me was the first time I saw a taru in full Iron Musketeer gear. I 'couldnt figure out how a helmet could just be walking by.

I remembered like when I had first started playing, going out into Gustaberg to level a job and there were alot of high levels out there and they pulled a buffalo down from Vomp Hill then disappeared o.O

Nothing beats taking a choco from Konschtat Highlands to the Dunes, to just randomely see a lvl 11 guy get snuck up on from Tremor Ram and get 1 shot. I for some reason, find much enjoyment in watching that big mofo sneak up on low lvled adventurers unexpectedly.

Don't get me started on Tremor Ram surprise attacks while soloing in La Theine. *Earth shakes, loud noises, followed by screams and running, without ever looking behind me*.

How about everyone's first time in Kuftal Tunnel? "Ahhhh! Guivre!"

Back in my early BST days, we used to constantly have our camps overtaken by parties. Parties had no respect for BST back then, so for a party to come in and try to take your camp was very common. Well, once, in the Boyahda Tree, a party tried to move in on my Mourioche camp. They camped basically right on top of me where I was fighting... and despite my pleas and protests, they refused to give me the benefit of having been there for over an hour before they showed up.

So, I did what any self respecting BST of that era would have done... Fought rabbits right on top of them and watch as Whirl Claws destroyed them. When that wasn't enough, i'd fight a Mourioche on top of them and watch Dream Flower sleep their whole party (except the poor bastid who was getting hit).

Another time, just after BLU AF was released, I was solo'ing Soulflayers on BST to get mats for my own BLU's AF (and raise gil as robes were going for nearly a mil), when, once again... a party shows up and camps right on top of me. I was Arrapago Reef at the time, and was using DC Crabs and a VT Kraken to kill the flayers. Well, once the party saw that I was able to solo the Flayers as fast, if not faster than them, they began to kill off my pets. I needed like 3 crabs to take a Soulflayer down, or the 1 Kraken... and they decided to kill my pets off AS I was fighting a Soulflayer. I survived, barely, and once the GM told me it was nothing he could do, I decided to help the party out. They wanted crabs... they're about to get crabs.

I brought them all the crabs they could handle (crabs link down there, and this was before the mob despawn patch). The Ninja would grab one of my crabs, and i'd bring him 3 more... they wanted crabs after all, and I was more than happy to help. After they barely survived a few 'encounters' with my former pets, they decided to call a GM... who as we all know, do absolutely nothing when it comes to situations like this. I felt redeemed.

ANOTHER funny incident, was a time when our linkshell leader, Mhoram, accidentally teleported the Tank/healing party in the middle of a Bomb Queen Run. We're knee deep in like our 4th BQ pop, when suddenly half the party is in Lathiene!!! 0_o

I had just started fighting Dark Spark on my 75sam for af hands, and after defeating him I warped back to Upper jeuno(My homepoint) /shouting frantically "CURE CAN I HAVE IT!, I'M BIO'D AND ABOUT TO DIE" very close to my mog house a mage happens to cast cure 3 on me right when I died, I died in front of my mog house.. lol
