Why would you want this as your 2-Hour?
From being able to dodge all physical attacks to... free keys?
The concept is that you acquire blue magic spells via learning and then you can change battle strategies by picking and choosing spells within the blue magic spell points and set limitations. If you were able to change spells freely, the whole battle strategy aspect would be lost, so we have no plans to remove/reduce the penalty.Reduce or get rid of the penalty incurred after setting blue magic spells.
Maybe an ability that causes TP damage to the enemy with each strike.
Or, have each hit cause an enemy's delay to widen a bit.
Decoy: Places a image of oneself to be able to run behind target for a successful Sneak attack!

You're thinking too small, SATA on each swing for 30 sec. Use with Bully. (Would have to be balanced, but basic concept of bigger damage with large hate control.)

I prefer the idea of massive spike damage myself, similar to a Ranger's 2-hr.
Assassin's Blade
Adds your DEX and AGI to your STR for damage calculations for a single powerful strike. Stacks with Sneak Attack in so far as it guarantees a hit and a critical, but does not double bonus Dexterity. Stacks with Trick Attack to apply enmity to a target party member, but again does not double Agility bonus.
If used with Assassin's Charge, the modifier is applied only to the first hit.
Well for a couple reasons, 1- A lot of times when you're going back and doing missions or quests the enemies aren't so strong where you'd need perfect dodge in a pinch. And 2- It's more "thief-y"... I understand this'd be useless to end gamers 99% of the time, but that's kinda why I'm suggesting as an optional merit-able 2-hour.
Even for end gamers though, with all of the old zones being used for Voidwatch, it'd be just fun to pop the occasional chest/coffer you come across... iono, I jus tarutaru <(._.)>
