I wish to edit my last post slightly:
Only against people who don't realise 90% of everyone disagrees with everything they say, are unable to read posts properly, can't take a hint that they're not wanted and need to be bullied off a forum.

Nobody needs to be bullied off a forum and anyone who feel the need to bully anyone is the one who needs to leave. You cannot decide who everyone wants and doesn't want, nor can you do anything about it if you could. This is why the ignore list exists. If someone bothers you, you ignore list them. Just do it, instead of making a big production out of how much you hate somebody.
