    Starting NPC should be by the Tele-Altep crystal (it's a Moblin).

    You'll need a tremorstone (??? in Cloister of Tremors) and your choice of a meteorite (crawlers, W. Saruta, but only on the hill), a soil gem, or 12 soil geodes.

    At least, that's what it was on the test server. It may have been modified somewhat.
