Regarding this though. I always felt it was a pretty unfair move to give PUP "acc+att" and "macc+mab" merits, and SMN "acc" and "att" and "macc" and "mab" merits.

So Summoners need 10 merits to do what a Puppetmaster does in 5?

Could have been fair if at least the SMN merits gave more per point invested. Like 5 per merit or so, instead of 2-3.
