Spharai Counter exceed cap (Can I Have It?)

At 99 spharai will likely be ~+20% counter.. The current cap is 80%

Still would have to roll your accuracy so it wouldn't technically be 100%.

That being said, They could simply impose a new cap with Spharai. I.E without Spharai, 80%, with Spharai, new cap 90%/95%.
