Spharai Counter exceed cap (Can I Have It?)

Considering the effort put into acquiring relic weapons and the adjustments made to Aegis and Burtgang to exceed their caps, would exceeding the cap on Spharai be possible? I'm not saying making MNKs counter 100%, but just some above the cap.

Still would have to roll your accuracy so it wouldn't technically be 100%.

That being said, They could simply impose a new cap with Spharai. I.E without Spharai, 80%, with Spharai, new cap 90%/95%.

I'm no mnk, but isn't the Spharai counter boost useful even with a cap of 80%? If you can reach the cap without using counterstance, doesn't that mean you'd take a noticably lower amount of damage from the moves that got through, as well as the opponent's TP moves?

In either case, if the cap was to be raised when using spharai, I'd say even 5% more would be significant. Going from 80% to 85% would lead to taking 25% less damage over time from normal attacks, after all

that doesnt mean that it'll be impossible with spharai lvl99 , new gear ,maybe new tier,
