just to point out that the rest of my sky bb is fine and theres someone upstairs playing online games of another breed and they are having no issues at all.Sky just told me they have had a lot of calls about this tonight and are now looking into it.I ask if your with sky and having this issue and haven't already phoned in to them if you could do so would maybe carry even more weight in getting things put right.

This community astounds me at times.

To everyone on Sky that are experiencing the issue: Get in touch with Sky AND Square Enix. The problem is occurring somewhere between the two, and the best way to get it solved is for both of them to acknowledge that there is a problem. Once they've had multiple people throwing the exact same issues at them, they'll hopefully do something about it.

There are a lot of people that have been having the same problem since Monday. You're not alone, but SE still haven't got back to us, so I suggest;
This is undeniably a problem with SE and needs addressing as the game is unplayable in these conditions.
Guys I just found this thread on the Sky forums, don't know if it's worth any of you with access to your Sky ID posting in there and maybe linking back to the SE forum posts like this one to try and raise some more awareness of the issue and alert Sky to just how many of us are affected? (If they even bother looking at their forum, but it's better than nothing I suppose).
