It's about latency issues that as far as we've been able to tell over on the tech forums are happening like clockwork from around 1 or 2pm eastern to 1 or 2am eastern on NTT's Sacramento node for AT&T customers.
The issues seem to have been fixed, as I've had 0 problems (thus far) today. I guess when they fixed the servers, they also fixed the latency? Will find out later tonight.
