I created two tickets for separate but related issues through this method and only got the same canned response for both saying to try lowering my graphics settings and if it didn’t work to post on this forum... So I’m not sure it’s very effective either.Worth trying, I don't get my hopes up though... I'll edit my result tomorrow.

If they receive like 50+ tickets per day from different players for the same issue in a more official way, it may enlighten it quicker. Plus, people without forum account should be able to send it as well.
