Please let us know if disabling the root enumerator works.

You can also try a clean boot. This will stop all non-essential programs from starting up when you first turn on the PC. Simply open the task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
