なぜ、これまで長い間、バランスが壊れている状況を放置してきたのですかね？
1.18のまかないきれない状態での下方修正？
前オンゲで下方修正はNGだとよしP自身が言ってなかったですか？
ユーザーからしてもバランスがおかしいのは分かっています。
この修正はおかしいかといえばそうではありません。
Why all this time was this broken balance left alone? downgrade because it can't be all done in 1.18? Did you say its not good for downgrade on a online game? From user's point of view we know the balance is weird, it's not if these changes are weird.

ただ、おかしい、異常だというユーザー視点があるのであれば、下方修正だろうが
上方修正だろうが、早い判断で入れていくべきではないかと思っています。
But for if you look from users point of view and know that this is weird, it should be implemented as fast as possible even if the changes are good or bad changes.

同じご意見の方もいらっしゃると思いますので、レスさせて頂きます。
とにかく状況把握とコンテンツの計画をしないまま、
無計画に修正できない、と思ったのが最大の理由です。
その判断が完璧だったかと問われると、迷うところではあります。
I believe there are others with same idea/feeling so going to respond.
The biggest reason is we cannot make changes without not planning anything, without grasping the current situation, and without planning for contents.
If asked if that was the best suggestion, would have to hesitate.
