I bought Collectors Edition but i have Standard Account

I have the exact same issue, My friend. I submitted a ticket regarding this problem.

Have you registered your game code itself? It's not the one you used to enter early access... Get your order number (you received when you bought digital item) and go to https://www.findmyorder.com/

You'll get a code there, xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Then you add a windows or ps3 service to the account you used to early access, put in that code and there, you are bound to CE.

Same issue.

I put in my code on ps3 and it made a second account with no chracters but I do and want the items for
My already made account what gives, I am actually pissed now!!!!!

I have the same problem which no one seems to have found any solutions for. I have a physical copy of the game so I can't do the findmyorder thing.

When I purchased from SE directly I got an email today with my collector's edition code. Its a seperate one from my pre-order code that gave me the pre-order items and early access.

I purchased the game directly from SE, (the digital CE edition that is) and I received the wrong copy of the game..

Apparently, since I bought the digital collectors edition, I couldn't register it to my existing 1.0. I ended up giving my collectors edition code to my gf and just upgraded my existing account to collectors edition. Maybe you're going through the same thing?

I had that too Lord. That was the second email I got. I received two of them. One had the code and one had that error crap. If you didn't receive the other than you probably need to contact their support.

I had to wait for release date which is today.

Then afterwards i went to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...fxivshopacctop and i added a service account make sure you add it for what platform (PC or Playstation3) your playing on once there you will have to follow up the steps. http://www.cute-factor.com/images/sm...on/th_101_.gif

Okay Everyone Who Is struggling with this I found a fix!!! This is what you do go to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation then log in second step find your email containing your Digital Rights from your Original Purchase Receipt 3rd You click on your mogstation page and hit ADD platform Type in that top code and there you go :)

For either of you that said that just worked, were either of your accounts 1.0 accounts with a character already on them? Mine is and the code is invalid for me. I'm not going to add a new service account (which would probably work) because I want to apply it to the account I already have.

That's not a 1.0 account, so you didn't have a service already on it. Which is what is different between your issue and mine. People with 1.0 have no way to upgrade via key, only to purchase an upgrade directly. So if you have a key, it serves no purpose.

I am still trying to fix the problem that my boyfriend is having. We both bought 1.0 CE and the digital download for early access. I received all items yesterday via mog mail. He only received cait sith minion & mog cap. On the mogstation, it says his account is Standard & it says mine is CE.

Not quite sure why mine is fine & his is having issues. We both did the exact same thing.

I would like to confirm this is also correct. Also, those who do this and get the invalid code, try using CAPS exactly how the code is written.
