I'm implying that the case can be made that they have done their due diligence with allowing everyone to play, but between technical difficulties and the TOS you agreed to, legal action cannot be taken against them. Ultimately, little legal action can ever be taken against a service, since you can opt out of it at any time (unless you agree to any obligations on your part by way of contract). Continuing to pay for it while you feel you're being mistreated is a fruitless enterprise. The only question here is what you consider fair terms of use, or recompense.
